Management Team
Cal Fairbanks founded and was the CEO of ComplyWorks Ltd., a global leader in providing Contractor Compliance Management Solutions from 2004 – 2020. He sold ComplyWorks to Thoma Bravo (a $70 Billion Fund) in 2020. An innovative and proven entrepreneur, he has over 25 years of experience, creating, growing and leading successful businesses, and owns numerous real estate properties in North America. Cal is an active philanthropist investing in many community activities as the Founder and Chairman of Safety In Schools Foundation. Safety in Schools has credited over 100,000 course certificates to high school students and donated over $3,500,000 to the education of students. He currently serves on the board of directors for four (4) privately held companies. Cal holds a degree in Economics from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), from International Business School – in Belgium.
Tyler Brill, founder and CEO of Mantix Media Group Ltd., a web development company established in 1992. Tyler combined forces with Mr. Fairbanks to create BRX. Using Cal’s 16 years experience with global compliance management, BRX will continue this success into the rental industry. Tyler is a proven and innovative entrepreneur. He owns and operates short term rentals in both the United States and Canada. Tyler has combined his many years of developing web-based solutions with his passion to provide the best rental experience for owners and guests. BRX is the solution. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the University of Calgary.
