BRX Verification is a system that provides guests with a Better Rental eXperience by verifying rental properties.
Owner Verified
As an Owner, you may self-verify your property for FREE.
Our program offers a free service for owners to self-verify each of their properties with a simple 3-step process:
- Verify your ownership
- Verify your emergency contact
- Verify your booking website(s)
BRX Verified
Property owners may subscribe to third-party verification for improved credibility with your guests.
We also offer Owners a higher level of verification that includes third-party verification by BRX staff. We ensure that each property has a responsive emergency contact and a secure booking website. Guests are willing to pay more for a BRX verified property.
An Emergency Contact is recommended, and is required by law in many jurisdictions, to provide local assistance to guests.
- Is the contact responsive (i.e. gets back to guest within 15 minutes or less?)
- Is the contact a real person that will be able to assist guests during their stay?
BRX Verification will contact emergency contacts throughout the year to ensure adequate response time.
The majority of vacation rentals are completed online and its essential that guests book on a secure website approved by the owner.
- How does a guest know if the owner will honor a booking?
- Is the booking website a fraudulent spoofed page that collects money and disappears the day before a guests arrival?
BRX Verification will check that owner approved booking websites are safe and secure.
