Owners are encouraged to complete the BRX verification process to make sure that their property is properly represented online. The process takes minutes to complete and submit for review. Once approved, owners are able to increase booking revenues by promoting their property as being third party verified and legitimate.
Guests will have trust in the legitimacy of verified properties and be more willing to book with confidence and peace of mind. Guests want to make sure upon arrival that they have a place to stay and that the person they paid actually owns the property and not some fraud.
Additional Services
We also offer additional services for Owners.
BRX Accreditation: Includes an annual inspection by a certified home inspector. This ensures that your property is well maintained and minimize down time for emergency repairs due to poor maintenance. Guests are willing to pay more for properties that are BRX accredited.
BRX Contact: Includes an emergency contact that acts as your on-island contact as required by law. This also includes a calendar sync to make sure you have no double bookings with the option to share your real-time booking schedule with cleaners.
